Our goal is to provide our clients with an environmentally friendly option when purchasing quality lumber, interior and exterior finishes and custom pieces. This in turn helps sustain our natural environment. Every tree recovered through our urban timber recovery program potentially saves one tree removed from the natural environment.

Our Specialty

Redwood is 80 percent of what we produce. We frequently cut Douglas Fir and Ponderosa Pine as well.Which are in abundance 200 miles north and east of the Creston Sawmill location.

Variations from the norm include: The milling of Monterey Pine, Digger Pine, Cedar, Cypress, Poplar, Red Oak, White Oak and Black Walnut.We also mill whatever the customer brings us, such as Cherry, Alder, Deodar Cedar in addition to salvaged beams and timbers for resaw. New Addition to the Mill Yard- Air Shed specifically constructed to accelerate air drying

We have constructed a full flow louvered air shed to facilitate the air drying of lumber while protecting it from sun and rain. The arid climate in the Creston area 6 months of the year has given great results in the use of the shed. For a small charge, we will store your lumber after it is milled. The air shed is also for hire for outside supplied lumber.The Air shed will store lumber up to 24 feet in length.

We also have a mobile mill that we can transport to your job site. We have all the heavy equipment to tackle any job. We pride ourselves in executing a good strategy and logging with minimal impact to your land. We have other services that we can provide, including clearing, grading,County and Cal-Fire approved controlled burns, road work, ponds and dams, culvert installation and much more.
